As a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with over a decade of experience working both privately and within the NHS, I have supervised a variety of trainee, Assistant and Qualified Clinical, Counselling and Forensic Psychologists, as well as Psychotherapists, CBT Therapists and Counsellors.

My approach is warm and collaborative, I believe that supervision should be a safe and non-judgmental space in which you can grow and develop your practice in an ethical and empowering way.

I am trained in an Integrative style, with experience in psychodynamic and humanistic approaches, as well as additional training in CBT, DBT and EMDR. I am also trained to assess and diagnose ASD and ADHD. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, relationship and attachment difficulties, trauma and personality disorder and neurodiversity.
